Mindful Walk in Chester
Give yourself time to reconnect with yourself and nature as you take a Mindful Walk around Chester. During the walk, you will experience mindful breathing, body scan and mindful movement practices as well as having the chance to be more present throughout the walk.

About the event
The walk will take an hour and will involve time to sit down or stop and do the practices. The route can be adapted to suit the needs of those involved so please indicate any specific needs when booking. We will meet in the centre of Chester with the specific meeting point being agreed once I know who is attending.
During the walk, you will learn many techniques which will help you be more present in your daily life and with the people you value. You'll also have chance to ask questions and have individual guidance.
This ticket is for the walk and the Mindful techniques that you will learn during the hour.
