Service Description

Please book a week ahead to receive the individual session link. 20 minutes session to enjoy whether it is the first time you have tried Mindfulness, is a way to get back into your practice or simply take some time for yourself. 20 minutes consists of introduction to mindfulness, short practice and some discussion and a poem or quote which may resonate with you.
