Over 6 weeks, you will learn journaling techniques & take time in the session to concentrate on a journal prompt which may lead you to self-discovery in certain areas of your life. There will be tasks each week between sessions for you to complete & see where they lead you in your thoughts and actions.
This course is ideal for the beginner and also for those who already have a journal practice or have recently had one.
This could lead to a writing more such as blogs, poetry and a book. My journalling habit has been in place for years and my blogs and books have certainly benefitted from having a daily journaling practice.
There are many benefits to journaling which can include:
calm approach to the day, feeling heard, being able to express your thoughts and emotions rather than holding them in which can reduce anxiety and stress and many more benefits you may notice as an individual.
Journaling can also be whatever you wish it to be in whichever area it will help you with.
