During the 3 hours, we will create a warm silence despite being online via Zoom. You will hear my voice as I guide yo through some mindful practices during the morning such as mindful breathing, body scan and movement.
There will also be readings, poems or quotes relevant to the retreat which may resonate with you.
Half way through there will be a 20 minute comfort break.
